Products & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product details regarding price and specifications. However, errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed with incorrect product or pricing information and will notify you if this happens.
All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include applicable VAT, if any.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Mada cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and interest-free instalments with Tabby and Tamara. Cash on delivery isn't available at the moment; if we offer it again, an AED 39 cash-on-delivery fee will apply. You must use a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use. For your security, we do not store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is free across the United Arab Emirates: we ship within 1 business day, and most orders arrive 2 to 3 business days after you order. We also ship to the GCC and selected countries for the fee shown at checkout. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Guarantee
Your first order is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if YouthPrime isn't right for you, we refund your first order in full when you ask within 60 days of delivery and send proof of your daily use. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge. Approved refunds are paid within 2 to 7 days.
