Shipping Policy
We deliver YouthPrime across the UAE for free with Aramex, and we ship to the GCC and selected countries.
1. Delivery in the UAE
- Free delivery to every emirate, with no minimum order.
- Ships within 1 business day: we prepare and ship your order within 1 business day of payment.
- Arrives in 2 to 3 business days: most orders arrive 2 to 3 business days after you order. Remote areas can take 1 extra business day.
2. Delivery to the GCC and other countries

The exact fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Tracking
When your order ships, we send your Aramex tracking number by SMS or email. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page.
4. Your address
Please enter your full address (emirate or city, area, street, building and flat number) and a phone number you'll answer, because the courier calls before delivery. Missing details can delay your order by a day or two.
5. If a delivery doesn't go through
If the courier can't reach you, they'll try again. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the phone wasn't answered, contact us to arrange a new delivery; a re-delivery fee may apply. To change your address after ordering, message us as soon as possible: we can update it until your order ships.
6. Damaged parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging or the product is damaged, tell the courier and message us within 3 days with photos. We'll send you a replacement free of charge (see our Refund & Return Policy).
7. Weekends and public holidays
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday ship on the next business day.
8. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery isn't available at the moment. If we offer it again, an AED 39 cash-on-delivery fee will apply and will be shown at checkout.
