Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all regions and cities within the UAE. International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand in the future. Please make sure to enter your delivery address accurately (including area, building number, and any nearby landmarks) to avoid delays.
Shipping Cost
We aim to provide affordable and convenient shipping options. There are no shipping fees in the UAE. You will see it at at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order. At times, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotions or for orders above a certain value—these details will be shown on our website when available.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed and prepared within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days across most UAE locations. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly due to courier circumstances, peak seasons, or public holidays.
Shipping Partners & Tracking
We work with trusted local couriers to guarantee fast and safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website. If you face any issue with tracking, please contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.
Delivery Confirmation
Most shipments require the recipient (or an authorized person) to be present at the delivery address to sign or confirm receipt. If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to reschedule or arrange pickup at the nearest branch. If a shipment is returned due to non-delivery or incorrect address, please contact us to reschedule. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to update your delivery address or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible. For cancellations after shipping, you may be required to cover the return shipping cost. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Package Inspection on Delivery
We strongly recommend checking your package and items upon delivery before signing. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, inform the courier immediately, note it on the delivery slip, and contact us right away. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly through replacement or refund, in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Shipping During Holidays
Please note that courier companies do not operate during official UAE public holidays or weekends (typically Saturday–Sunday). Orders placed during these times may be delayed until the next working day. We appreciate your understanding in such cases beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery is available, the option will be displayed at checkout. An additional service fee (AED equivalent) may apply to cover the courier’s cash handling cost. This fee will be clearly shown at checkout. Please ensure you are available with the correct amount at delivery. If the courier cannot deliver due to unavailable funds or absence of the recipient, the order may be cancelled or return costs applied before re-shipping.
