When will I notice a difference?

When should I take it, and can I have it with coffee?
Take 2 gummies each morning, after breakfast. There's no caffeine in it, so it's fine alongside your coffee. Don't take more than 2 gummies a day.
Is it safe for me?

Is it halal, and how much sugar is in it?
It's made in a halal-certified facility. Each serve of 2 gummies has no added sugar and 28 kcal; it's sweetened with polyols (maltitol), and large amounts of polyols can upset some stomachs. If you have diabetes, check with your doctor first.
Which pack should I choose?
